I have a special interest for eggs as food. you know, one single kind of groceries that can be transformed into so many kinds of delicious foods, it even could make another dish much more gorgeous with it in them. from appetizers to desserts, from the salties to the sweets. I personally feel that it deserves a nickname, as how it looks, like a sun, O the Apollo of the foodkind.  that melting yolk is driving me crazy. send  me exactly this kind of sandwich to my dorm right now, and you’d make up this bad day of mine. where’s my cell?
